Our last months we've entered the new world of school. After much thought and prayer we've put Elijah in a private Christian School near our home. We were happy and at peace with our decision, but now that we're in it, we're even more thankful that God provided this for us. It's the perfect fit for this year. He's loving his class and learning a lot. We're thrilled to have him in a place that confirms and instills much of what we teach at home in school.
Vanessa is doing kindergarten at home, one day a week with my mom and the rest with me. She is also enjoying it. It's another lesson in the uniqueness of our children and the importance of studying them. Vanessa learns much different than Elijah and I think at times is discouraged by it. But she's become more confident and engaged with learning since having some one on one time. I'm again, so thankful to for the chance to give her what she needs.
Much of our time is also going to growing our fourth little one, a huge surprise to us. The children are so excited. Waiting any length of time seems impossible to them and they just want the baby here now, but I'm thankful for time to prepare. We find out next week if it's a boy or girl. Elijah is desperate for a boy and has convinced the girls want a boy too. Although, Amelia waivers at times and secretly tells me she wants the baby to be a girl. Elijah picked out a boy name that we're fairly certain we'll use, but if it's a girl we're in trouble cause I can't think of one. Leave all your suggestions, we need them!
(bump at 18 weeks, just when I started feeling kicks)
